The undersigned company would like to inform that for the establishment and enforcement of contractual relations with you, it is in possession of personal and tax data acquired verbally or through third parties, relating to you, classified as personal by law.

  • companies handling databanks aimed at assessing a company’s solvency
  • financial advisors
  • legal counsels
  • the data will be processed for the entire duration of the established contractual relations and even thereafter for the completion of all legal obligations and for future commercial purposes;
  • with regard to these data the company/society exercise the rights provided under art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (of which is attached) within the limits and under the conditions laid down in article 8,9 and 10 of above mentioned Legislative Decree;

ART. 7 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 (RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS)

  1. A subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form
  2. Moreover, the person concerned has the right to get:
    1. the source of personal details;
    2. purpose and methods of processing;
    3. of the logic applied when data are processed by electronic means;
    4. the identity of the data controller, data supervisor and the representative designated pursuant to article 2, par. 2;
    5. on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated, or who can learn about them as appointed representatives of the State, of managers or employees.
  3. The person concerned has the right to:
    1. updating, editing or, when interested, adding details;
    2. the deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. confirmation that the operations illustrated in the points referred to in points a) and b) foregoing hereto have been brought to the attention, even with reference to their contents, to those to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, except in the case in which said performance results as being impossible to achieve or would lead to the use of means that are clearly out of proportion in view of the right that is being protected.
  4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, wholly or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of his/her personal data, even if it is pertinent for the purposes for which it was collected;
    2. to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material, or for carrying out market research or promotional communications.
