We have developed the software for our machines in house since Cielle was born.
We have made this choice, which is giving us a lot of satisfaction, because we have total control of the software/machine and therefore we are able to have total control of the process for managing our machines.

We are also very proud of the fact that our developers have been working with us for decades and therefore have gained immense experience in solving all the requests that our customers have asked us in all these years.

This fact is not a detail because the company staff is a great resource for us and the fact of having people with great experience is a significant quality.

 ✅What are the advantages of having proprietary software?


Our developers, thanks to their enormous experience, are able to adapt our software to the customer's needs.
Over the course of our 40 years of activity we have had the most varied requests from every sector: from the mechanical industry to the ceramic sector, from engraving to eyewear, without forgetting large tables, synoptic panels or the sophisticated goldsmith sector.

Customers' needs have been the most varied and, at times, even very complex, but every time we have found the right solution for the new needs of the market's manufacturing processes.

We believe that our ability to evaluate and offer the correct software/machine solutions is our strong point most appreciated by customers. 
The fact of always finding a system to make our pantographs or CNC machining centers work at their best, saving time in the manufacturing process or in automating the process itself, has often left our buyers speechless.

And here is another strong point of our company: the fact of being able to control the manufacturing processes directly with a software created for that machine is a huge advantage because it avoids all the incompatibility problems that can occur with more generalist foreign software.

But it doesn't end here: we are perfectly aware that each customer has his own vision and possibly prefers to work with a software that he knows better or that he considers more suitable for his internal needs within his company. For this reason, we at Cielle have built an interface software that allows our machines to work with any existing software on the market.

Whoever buys a Cielle machine has the opportunity to work as they wish, without preclusions or impediments of any kind. Our goal is to allow customers to work to the maximum of the possibilities that the market offers.

✅ Example of customization for goldsmithing

In the video above you can see how our software dedicated to the world of goldsmithing is able to drive one of our CNC machines with 4 different heads:

  • head for vertical diamond cutting
  • head with disk for horizontal diamond cutting
  • head with laser cutting
  • head with laser for cutting marking

All processing takes place automatically, by programming our software and launching it in the machine.

An example of customization, resulting from a request from one of our customers, which our technicians managed to overcome brilliantly.
