✅ TAU SMART: Compact solution for laser marking and engraving

TAU SMART is Cielle's answer to laser marking and engraving problems, equipped with an integral protection cabin and shielded viewing window.

It can be equipped with sources from 10 to 50W, it is a compact solution, ideal for marking codes, barcodes, customizing gadgets and objects, and tracking systems. Various accessories allow you to customize it and make it suitable for everyone's needs.

Structure: table system consisting of an electro-welded base, painted sheet metal covers, integral protection cabin with manual vertical opening and large viewing window
Work surface: in aluminum with "T" slots to use clamps, stops or piece locking brackets (not included)
Electronic control: integrated card for managing the scanner head motors, the Z axis (with manual UP-DOWN control) and the laser source safety measures
Work area: 110x110 mm, Z axis with maximum stroke of 200 mm
Laser source: high modal quality Q-switched ytterbium fiber laser, average power of 10W with fixed pulse length of 100 ns. Power, frequency and speed automatically managed in the Cielle tool archive
Scanner head: twin-shell design for optimal thermal management, laser beam deflection unit on 2 axes (10 mm aperture) for high scanning speed and very low drift values. Laser power < 500 watts/cm² (cw)
Digital control: standard XY2-100 protocol, D-Sub 25 data connector, D-Sub 9 power connector
Focusing lens: 163 mm focal length flat field lens, 110x110 mm working area, 30 μm minimum spot, 185 mm working distance, typical focus depth ±0.3 mm
Extraction system: extraction hood positioned near the scanner head, connectable to the filtering system

management of the main entity description formats, both vector (dxf, ai, eps) and raster
diagnostics and correction of vector drawings: the user can check the quality of his drawing in advance and correct any imperfections (overlaps, opening points and intersections)
automatic positioning of the work at the center of the engraving field, with the possibility of manually moving the entities or using the automatic alignment commands
customized management of the markings: by defining the strategy for creating the filling trajectories, it is possible to prioritize the quality of the engraving or the speed of execution
management of the LED pointers for the manual acquisition of the material thickness
engraving simulation with the pointer to facilitate the positioning of the workpiece
control panel always at hand, with display of the status of the devices, alarms, engraving duration, piece counting, etc.
