This is the case of one of our customers, active in the production of mechanical steel components, who needed to increase productivity without sacrificing precision.

A machine with twin milling heads.
Our designers have developed a system that allows you to carry out two processes in parallel, with just one operation.
The two heads are perfectly synchronized and work simultaneously on two distinct pieces, guaranteeing identical results.
The software department has made the necessary modifications to manage the double automatic tool change, ensuring continuity and flexibility even in the most complex processes.
Teamwork between the mechanical and software departments which has given life to a special, unique machine, built around the true needs of the customer.
