✅ Behind the scenes of a new custom-made CNC machine
At Cielle we are always looking for solutions that make your work more efficient and innovative.
This time, we accepted a particular challenge: to design a machine capable of simultaneously cutting three sheets of light metal, all identical, with precision and speed.
This is how the ALFA 67/67 model is taking shape, equipped with three (3) cutting heads. separate cutters, each with an 800 W HF electric spindle at 30,000 rpm, and a three-section suction table to guarantee stability and cleanliness during processing.

But what makes this machine really special is the work behind the scenes.
Andrea, our technician with 30 years of experience, has just completed the electrical part and is now taking care of the pneumatics, from the pressurization of the spindle to the lubrication.
In Cielle, each machine is entrusted to a single technician for the mechanical part, then supported by a colleague for the software: a perfect tandem for synchronizing hardware and technology.
We want
share this journey with you, because we believe that true innovation comes from collaboration and passion for details.
